Share Your Voice About Medicaid

The State of Indiana created a group called the Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC). This group gives Medicaid members a chance to share their experiences and help improve the program.

What is the Beneficiary Advisory Council?

The Beneficiary Advisory Council is a group of people who have used Medicaid.

Members of the council:

  • Talk about what is working well
  • Share problems they have with care or services
  • Suggest ways to make Medicaid better

Who Can Join?

You may be able to join if you are:

  • A current Medicaid member 
  • A past Medicaid member
  • A family member or caregiver 

The state is looking for people from different backgrounds and experiences.
