MHS Announces Claims Refunds via Secure Web Portal

Managed Health Services (MHS) is excited to announce the ability for providers to request a claims recoupment via the MHS Secure Web Portal. Effective 5/7/21, if a provider determines that payment of a claim should be refunded to MHS and would like the payment refund to be taken out of future payments, a request to void/recoup will be available online.

This function is available only for a full refund of the original claim. If you want to void/refund only a portion of a claim or any claim other than the original claim, please use the claim correction function.

The request will void the original claim and apply the balance owed to MHS to payments processed that same week in two simple steps.
