MHS Announces Promotion and Two New Hires

Lauriale Easley-Cabrera

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Lauriale Cabrera to director of medical management operations. Prior to MHS, Cabrera served in management roles in two hospital systems. She has extensive experience in project management, compliance, quality, risk, stakeholder satisfaction, process improvement and organizational development.

Cabrera is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB) and a former board member for the Indiana Association for Healthcare Quality (InAHQ). She has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources.

 

Ann Bumb

MHS welcomes Ann Bumb as senior manager of performance quality improvement and quality of care. Bumb is a registered nurse for more than 30 years and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), Nurse Executive–Board Certified (NE-BC) and Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC).

She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master of Leadership Development (MLD) from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

 

Katie Fabbro

We are excited to have Katie Fabbro on board as director of products for Allwell from MHS, our new Medicare plan, and Ambetter from MHS, our Health Insurance Marketplace product. Fabbro has worked on multiple program implementations and product oversight for the Indiana Chronic Disease Management Program and Care Select.

She received her Bachelor of Science in community health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received her Master of Arts in social services with certification in health policy and a concentration in administration from the University of Chicago’s School of Social Services Administration.
