Learn about Healthy Living with MHS – For Free!

MHS is hosting a Healthy Lifestyle event at Hanna Community Center on August 7, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at 2000 Elmwood Ave. in Lafayette.

This program is educational, interactive, fun and FREE! It will include a healthy meal planning and cooking demonstration (including free tasting samples!) by a professional chef, and a demonstration from a personal fitness trainer who will discuss the importance of exercise and weight management. Health screenings and information on nutrition will also be provided.

This Healthy Lifestyle event will teach you all about healthy living. MHS will be there with other general health information and with fun giveaways!
