This survey serves as the foundation for key improvement initiatives that we undertake each year, and your feedback is critical to making sure we address the issues that are important to you.

Last year MHS made key improvements in the following areas:
- One dedicated Provider Engagement Account Manager for Behavioral Health Providers
- Three specialized Behavioral Health presentations scheduled for this year
- Developed targeted resources focused on translation services and language interpretation to improve education
