You can get free nicotine replacement therapy. That includes gum, patches and lozenges.
MHS pays for these things as part of your health coverage – we want you to quit smoking and get healthy.

Then talk to your doctor about getting one of these aids. Your doctor will need to know if you have certain conditions, including:
- Diabetes
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- Lung disease (including asthma)
- Overactive thyroid
- Seizures or history of seizures
- Stomach problems or ulcers
- Allergies
Your doctor will help you find the quit aid that is best for you and your health.
