The State of Indiana created a group called the Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC). This group gives Medicaid members a chance to share their experiences and help improve the program.
What is the Beneficiary Advisory Council?
The Beneficiary Advisory Council is a group of people who have used Medicaid.
Members of the council:
- Talk about what is working well
- Share problems they have with care or services
- Suggest ways to make Medicaid better

You may be able to join if you are:

- A past Medicaid member
