Ambetter from MHS provides health coverage to members enrolled in the Health Insurance Marketplace. As an Ambetter provider, you are a critical component of our network and we want you to be aware of a new opportunity to serve our members.

This year, Ambetter will be launching a new benefit known as Ambetter Telehealth, powered by Teladoc, to provide telehealth access to our members. Teladoc is a national telehealth provider, contracted with more than 3,000 providers in all 50 states. Research shows that telehealth services can increase patient access to care and help drive down emergency room visits. This new benefit will not replace our recommendation for in-person visits with a member’s primary physician.

Many Ambetter providers are already contracted with Teladoc. If you are not currently contracted with Teladoc, we invite you to learn more. Contracting with Teladoc will enable you to be among the telehealth providers treating Ambetter members remotely.
