We Love Member Feedback and We Want to Hear From You!
Your voice matters. The MHS Member Advisory Council (MAC) brings members together with our Community Relations and Member Advocate teams to share feedback, ask questions, and help shape programs and services. These meetings are informal, welcoming, and designed to make sure member experiences guide the work we do.
Members who participate can receive a $25 gift card as a thank-you for their time and feedback.
What to Expect at a MAC Meeting
- Open discussion about MHS programs, benefits, and services
- Opportunities to share feedback and ask questions
- Meetings led by MHS staff
- In-person and virtual options available throughout the year
- Spanish-language meetings offered at select locations
Who Can Attend
MAC Meetings are open to current MHS members. Parents, guardians, or caretakers are welcome to participate on behalf of a minor. Space may be limited, so advance registration is encouraged.

Member Advocate Coordinators
Our Member Advocate Coordinators work in conjunction with the Community Relations Team to support our members. This team helps promote equitable access, cultural sensitivity, and member-centered care within the Indiana Medicaid programs. They also serve as ombudspersons, assisting members who need help navigating a health plan process or decision. You can email your Member Advocate Coordinator at MyMHSMemberAdvocate@mhsindiana.com. You will receive a response within 2 business days.
