New MHS website now live!

Check it out! Our website, mhsindiana.com, has a new look. We made lots of changes with our members and providers in mind. The new site is easier to navigate on both desktop and mobile devices.

We’ve simplified and streamlined the provider section, and made it easier to find helpful online tools:

• The Prior Authorization tab makes it easy to see which services need a prior auth.
• Look for the Provider Resources section to find Guides and Manuals, the Demographic Update Tool, and Provider Education including monthly webinars.
• Quickly access the Secure Provider Portal to check eligibility, claims status, patient information and more.

For members, each health plan – HIP, Hoosier Healthwise and Hoosier Care Connect - has its own section. This makes it easier for members to see the benefits and services that apply to them.

We are also translating the entire site into Spanish, so soon we will have a complete, accurate and easy-to-use site for our Spanish-speaking members.
