Welcome to MHS. We thank you for being part of our network of participating physicians, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
All MHS network providers and ancillary professionals (ICT Member) are required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to complete an annual Model of Care training. Click on the link below to review the Model of Care training presentation. Then, submit the form to verify the training was completed.
