CentAccount Rewards

You take care of your health, and MHS rewards you! It's easy to earn reward dollars through our CentAccount Healthy Rewards program when you complete certain healthy behaviors.

Earning and Using Rewards is Easy

Steps to earn a Reward:

STEP 1 Complete a healthy activity from the list below.
STEP 2 Reward dollars will be put on your CentAccount® rewards card.

Spend your reward dollars at one of the following participating stores:

  • CVS
  • Dollar General
  • Family Dollar
  • Meijer (Rewards can only be spent until 12/31)
  • Rite Aid Pharmacy
  • Walmart

Use Your Rewards

You can buy HUNDREDS of items with your card. Here are some of the items you can buy:

  • Baby Care
  • Healthy Groceries
  • Over-the-counter (OTC) Medicines
  • Personal Care Items

Healthy Activity Reward


Complete a Health Needs Screening (HNS)
within 30 days of becoming a member
Complete a Health Needs Screening (HNS)
within 90 days of becoming a member
Create a Secure Portal Account and Choose a PMP
Choose a primary medical provider (PMP) through your portal account within 30 days of becoming a member
Infant Well-Child Visits
See your child’s primary medical provider (PMP) for check-ups at 3-5 days old, before 30 days old, and at 2, 4, 6, 9, 12 and 15 months old; reward for each visit 
Annual Well-Visit
Visit your primary medical provider (PMP) for a yearly check-up; members ages 16 months and older
Annual Dental Visit
Members ages 1-20 only
Stop Smoking
Enroll with the IN Tobacco Quitline

We also offer pregnancy rewards. To be eligible for these rewards, you must notify us you are pregnant by submitting a completed Notification of Pregnancy (NOP) form using your MHS Member Account or calling us. Once you notify us of your pregnancy, rewards information will be provided. 

Your CentAccount Card  

You will receive a CentAccount card in the mail about 2 weeks after you become an MHS member. If you didn’t receive a card or have lost your card, please call MHS Member Services at 1-877-647-4848.  

To activate your card, go to or call 1-888-682-2400.
To check your balance, log in to your MHS member account.

Remember, this card is not a credit card. You can only spend the funds that are on it. Keep the card safe and hang on to it after you use it. As you earn more rewards, they will be added to this card.

The card cannot be used to buy alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, firearms or ammunition.  All rewards expire one year (365 days) from the date the reward is added to your card. If you do not use or earn more rewards for 12 months, your card will close. When your card closes, you lose any remaining balance. Your card expires 60 days after your coverage terminates.
