Friday is the American Heart Associations’ Go Red for Women Wear Red Day. Wear Red in support of women’s heart health.

MHS encourages you to quit using tobacco products or smoking today. Tobacco smoke contains nicotine, a drug that is addictive and can make it very hard, but not impossible, to quit. More than 400,000 deaths in the U.S. each year are from the use of tobacco products.
