MHS will host a Health Check Health Day health clinic on December 8 in Anderson. This Health Day will run in conjunction with a Baby Shower and Family Fun event.

From 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, at Madison County Community Health Center, located at 1547 Ohio Ave. in Anderson, pediatricians and staff members will perform well-child check-ups and age-appropriate children’s immunizations for MHS members with a scheduled appointment. MHS will provide health information, health-related giveaways and goody bags throughout the day. Drawings for Target and Wal-mart gift cards will be held as well.

MHS is hosting a Health Check Health Day today, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wayne County Health Department located at 201 E. Main Street Richmond, IN.

For this special event, MHS is partnering with Wayne County Health Department and its pediatricians to offer well-child visits (check-ups) and age-appropriate children’s immunizations for MHS members with a scheduled appointment.

MHS will be hosting a Health Check Health Day Friday, July 15, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Countyline Family Health Center, located at 8404 Siear Terrace, Suite 208, in Indianapolis.
