MHS is a Managed Care Entity that provides services for the State of Indiana’s healthcare programs:

• Hoosier Healthwise (HHW)
• Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)
• and Presumptive Eligibility (PE)

You can become an MHS Member if you sign up for a State program. To learn more about these State programs or to apply, visit the Indiana Medicaid website: member.indianamedicaid.com.

MHS also provides an individual health insurance plan, the MHS Indiana Check-Up Plan.
