MHS Sponsors Heart of a Father Award for Faces of Fatherhood Luncheon

MHS is helping put outstanding fathers in the spotlight as the sponsor of the Heart of a Father award!

Each year, Fathers and Families Center recognizes those fathers who exemplify involvement, consistency, awareness and nurturing by presenting five deserving men the Heart of a Father Award at their annual Faces of Fatherhood luncheon. And for the first time, Citizens Energy Group will be the presenting sponsor of the luncheon and MHS will be the presenting sponsor of the Heart of a Father Award.

Award recipients will be biological fathers, legal stepfathers or adoptive fathers residing in Marion County who act as positive role models and take responsibility for every facet of their children’s development. They will receive the Heart of a Father Award presented by MHS, recognition as an outstanding father as well as a $250 cash prize.
