My Route to Health Recipes – Kathy’s Orange Surprise Salad

What You Need
- 1 package Sugar-Free Orange Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 cup peeled and grated carrot
How You Make It
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Add the remaining ingredients and pour into a serving dish.
Chill in refrigerator until set.
Serves 4.
