My Route to Health Recipes – Kathy’s Orange Surprise Salad

 What You Need

  • 1 package Sugar-Free Orange Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1 cup peeled and grated carrot

 How You Make It

Dissolve Jello in boiling water.

Add the remaining ingredients and pour into a serving dish.

Chill in refrigerator until set.

Serves 4.
