My Route to Health Recipes – Kellie’s Dill Potatoes

What You Need

  • 4-5 red potatoes (or your favorite potato)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How You Make It
In a baking dish, layer sliced potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper.

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
