We’re Changing our Transportation Services
MHS is making changes to improve your experience with our transportation services. Based on your feedback, we believe these changes will make your trips to and from doctor visits easier.
For check-ups, screenings and other routine care (local or long distance), you will need to schedule transportation at least three days before your appointment. For example, if your appointment is on Thursday, you need to schedule your ride on Monday.
Car Seats / Booster Seats
- When you schedule a ride, the phone representative will ask you if the car will need to arrive with a car or booster seat for any of the riders, OR if you will bring your own car or booster seat.
- If the car arrives and a rider needs a car or booster seat and you did not ask for one when you scheduled the ride, due to State law, that child will not be able to ride in the car.
