MHS Hosts Health Check Health Day at Healthlinc Community Health Center Tomorrow

MHS will be hosting a Health Check Health Day on April 3rd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Healthlinc Community Health Center located at 454 S. College Ave. Valparaiso, IN 46383.

For this special event, MHS is partnering with Healthlinc and its pediatricians to offer well-child visits (check-ups) and age-appropriate children’s immunizations for MHS members with a scheduled appointment.

MHS will provide complimentary flu prevention materials and health-related giveaways and raffle gift cards throughout the day.

Attendees with children ages 0 – 3 months and 3 to 6 years old are also encouraged to have their children get a lead test. Early detection of a child’s risk of lead poisoning means health problems can be found and treated early.
