Claims Issue Identified and Resolved
MHS has identified an issue with the acceptance of some Electronic “Professional” Claims. This issue began the last week in December 2011 but was resolved by close of business January 13, 2012. MHS has sent notification to all Clearinghouses asking them to resubmit affected claims thus you should not have to resubmit as your Clearinghouse should do so on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.
