New CentAccount $30 Reward

Effective immediately, MHS members can earn a $30 reward to their CentAccount by completing a Health Needs Screening within the first 30 days of becoming a member. If the Health Needs Screening is completed between days 31 – 90 of becoming a new member, a $10 reward will be earned towards their CentAccount.
CentAccount members can pay for the following purchases with their card:

• Co-pays and other expenses at their healthcare provider’s office
• Diabetes Testing & Aids
• Diagnostic Products (thermometers, blood pressure monitors, cholesterol testing)
• Ear Care
• Elastic bandages
• Braces
• Eye Care (contact lens care)
• Family Planning (pregnancy kits, ovulation kits)
• First Aid Dressings & Supplies (Band Aid, 3M Nexcare, J&J First Aid, non-sport tapes, etc.)
• Hearing Aid/Medical Batteries
• Walking aids
• Nebulizers
• Wheel chairs
• Reading glasses

You can also still pay for the following services with your CentAccount card:

• Ambulance Services
• Medical, Dental, Ophthalmic and Hospital Equipment and Supplies
• Hearing Aid sales, service and supplies
• Orthopedic Goods, Prosthetic Devices
• Counseling Services – Debt, Marriage and Personal
• Doctors and Physicians
• Dentists and Orthodontists
• Osteopaths
• Chiropractors
• Optometrists and Ophthalmologists
• Opticians, Optical Goods, Eyeglasses
• Podiatrists and Chiropodists
• Nursing and Personal Care Facilities
• Hospitals
• Medical and Dental Laboratories
• Medical Services and Health Practitioners
