MHS Welcomes Moell as Director of Member and Provider Services
In her new role, Moell leads the activities of the member and provider services call centers, including the development and implementation of organizational service-focused policies and procedures. She evaluates call center performance and staffing needs as measured through customer satisfaction. She also helps develop the employee sales and service approach and skills while encouraging growth.
Prior to MHS, Moell served as assistant director of alumni relations at DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. She also served as a customer relations supervisor, manager and reservations general manager with ATA Airlines, Inc. There she received the ATA Corporate Customer Service Award several times as well as the ATA Outstanding Leadership Award.
Originally from Greencastle, Ind., Moell received her Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University. She is a dedicated volunteer for Kiwanis International (Greencastle Club) and has received the Elks Distinguished Citizenship Award.
Moell currently resides in Greencastle with her husband, Brian, and two children, Delaney and Dalton. She enjoys traveling, reading and cooking.
